Above is a recent project I was the mix engineer for. This is one of a few projects I have exclusively worked on as solely the engineer with no creative input. This song was a lot of fun to work on and reminded me a lot of Chris Cornell and Audio Slave. It really didn't require drastic attention other than some EQ adjustments as well as some compression. The band, other than that, did a great job and I enjoyed bringing the track to it's full potential!
